About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, CRM Enablement to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and effective use of our CRM system across our Private Wealth Management and Private Banking lines of business.

As a Senior Manager, CRM Enablement, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of CRM strategies, processes, and procedures that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our business stakeholders, product teams, and technical organizations to ensure seamless integration and effective use of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies, processes, and procedures that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of CRM adoption plans, including training, communication, and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical organizations to ensure seamless integration and effective use of our CRM system.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on CRM-related matters, including process improvements, technical development, and compliance.
  • Participate in risk management and cost optimization projects, supporting the execution of a satisfactory risk plan that incorporates successful audit, and continuous audit and monitoring.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a role with exposure to Private Wealth Management, with a strong understanding of wealth products and business processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM governance or technology delivery is a significant asset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, a technology acumen, and/or practice in Agile Methodology.
  • Working knowledge of financial product concepts and calculations (bond amortization, accrued income, expected income, yields).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an impactful way.
  • Experience with SQL, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Assurance, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
