The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Corporate, Media Strategy and Executive Communications (CMSE) team. As a key member of our Employee Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving key rhythm-of-business activities and implementing campaigns that ensure client satisfaction and achievement of objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client projects and craft campaign deliverables
  • Keep a pulse on internal trends and sentiment related to key campaigns
  • Develop positive rapport and strong relationships across CMSE team and clients, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and written and verbal skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines efficiently
  • Proficiency with business applications (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  • Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, change management, and organizational development a plus
