Key Responsibilities

The Associate will play a crucial role in assisting senior members throughout the entire investment lifecycle, encompassing opportunity assessment, thorough due diligence, execution of deals, and ongoing portfolio oversight.

Core Duties Include:

  • Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities to develop independent assessments regarding their viability.
  • Lead financial modeling efforts, including valuation and sensitivity analyses, to pinpoint competitive advantages and comprehend growth drivers.
  • Contribute to the due diligence process by collaborating with external advisors.
  • Assist in creating internal documentation and support the presentation of investment proposals to the Investment Committee.
  • Engage with portfolio companies, providing continuous support and analysis while monitoring financial outcomes and investment performance.
  • Conduct research on critical sectors to identify investment trends and prospects.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and events.
  • Maintain a proprietary database of potential investment opportunities.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities related to the fund's investment strategy.

Qualifications

  • Preferred candidates will possess 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related financial sectors, demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills alongside a genuine passion for investing.

  • Proven analytical capabilities and financial modeling expertise, with a solid grasp of deal structuring and financing.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing transactions.
