Job Title: Senior Business Program Manager

Microsoft Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Program Manager to join our Cloud Ecosystem Security (CES) executive office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and providing thought leadership to ensure the success of our business group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CES executive office to define and manage project(s) as a project lead, providing structure and guidance for others.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and drive strategic engagement models with customers and partners across our extended leadership team.
  • Lead the global CES university recruiting program end-to-end, defining the program strategy and managing engagement with executive offices and managers.
  • Establish and maintain key partnerships with internal teams, acting as an advisor to leadership on strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) and 6+ years of experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, communications, or business-related roles.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated history of operations and program management expertise with a proven ability to influence and inspire technical peers.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed workforce.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $112,200 - $194,800 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations.
