About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our efforts in improving the workplace environment for employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for in-building deployment initiatives, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, operations, and vendor partners to drive project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, contract negotiations, and ongoing performance evaluation to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for in-building deployment.
  • Define objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success measures to guide project implementation and monitor progress.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of in-building deployment technologies and methodologies, stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in the field, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a large-scale operations environment
  • Experience in procurement, architecture or design, and working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • PMP Certification or familiarity with continuous improvement, project management principles, and/or Kaizen Six Sigma
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP): Also by PMI, this certification is more specialized for program managers handling complex, multi-project programs
  • Agile/Scrum Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications may be valuable in industries using Agile methodologies
