Job Summary

ENGIE is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager Senior - Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing overall management of a team of Associate Project Managers (APMs) to support Delivery Project Managers for Renewables Construction and Pre-Construction projects in Wind, Solar, or Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall management of APMs to support Delivery Project Managers for Renewables Construction and Pre-Construction projects
  • Establish and enforce the standard Tax Equity management process for all Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Tax Equity group to support Delivery PM efforts and ensure proper organization, quality, and timeliness of information
  • Provide regular, special, and timely progress reports to the Head of Project Delivery and Senior Leadership as needed
  • Assist specific Project Managers and contractors in organizing projects from the Pre-Construction phase through to close-out
  • Coordinate and mentor the on-site Construction Monitoring Team on required submittals into ENGIE Construction Management applications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management or related experience in complex construction projects
  • Minimum of three years of onsite construction experience, especially those who have worked on renewable or complex construction projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Processes and Sequencing
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Hands-on Experience with Tools and Equipment
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach, organizational commitment, and ability to adapt in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment
