Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager - Delivery will provide overall management of a team of Associate Project Managers to support Delivery Project Managers for Renewables Construction and Pre-Construction projects in Wind, Solar, or Battery Storage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of ENGIE project management applications.
  • Support and lead the APM team to ensure Project Managers and their respective projects are organized correctly.
  • Establish and enforce the standard Tax Equity management process for all Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Tax Equity group and support Delivery PM efforts.
  • Provide regular, special, and timely progress reports to the Head of Project Delivery and Senior Leadership as needed.
  • Assist specific Project Managers and contractors in organizing projects from the Pre-Construction phase through to close-out.
  • Coordinate and mentor the on-site Construction Monitoring Team on required submittals into ENGIE Construction Management applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or CAPM certification).
  • Minimum 10 years of Project Management or related experience in complex construction projects.
  • Minimum of three years of onsite construction experience, especially in renewable or complex construction projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Processes and Sequencing.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Hands-on Experience with Tools and Equipment.
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach, organizational commitment, and ability to adapt in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Additional Details
  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy.
  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on an as needed basis.
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
  • U.S. driver's license/clean driving record for the use of fleet cars, personal, and/or hire cars when traveling.
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
  • Must be physically able to conduct site visits and attend project site meetings and walk renewable energy sites for extended periods of time in hot or cold weather conditions to complete job assignments.
Compensation

Salary Range: $128,400 - $196,765 USD, annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus/incentive plan.
