Work Schedule: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, including alternating weekends and holidays

The Community You Will Serve: Provide care across various units within AdventHealth Daytona Beach.

Your Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of coordinated nursing care for assigned patients within a designated care unit, managing daily clinical activities effectively.

Your Contributions to the Team:

· Exhibits strong assessment skills to guarantee high-quality patient care.

· Conducts and documents thorough initial assessments in accordance with unit standards.

· Monitors patient lab results for trends, reporting any abnormalities to the appropriate physician and initiating necessary interventions.

· Leverages clinical data to implement suitable interventions.

· Performs and documents ongoing patient assessments that accurately reflect the physical and mental status of patients across all age groups, in line with unit standards and patient conditions.

Qualifications for Success:

Minimum Requirements:

· 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting

· Active Florida RN license or a valid multi-state RN license

Experience in ICU, Intensive Care, Critical Care, ED, Emergency, PCU, or Progressive Care is preferred.
