Shift: Nights
Your Role: The Registered Nurse is accountable for providing coordinated nursing care for patients or a designated group of patients within a care unit, along with overseeing daily clinical activities.
Your Contributions to the Team:
· Exhibits strong assessment skills to guarantee quality patient care.
· Conducts and records precise initial assessments according to unit standards.
· Develops a suitable care plan for patients from admission through discharge.
· Implements nursing actions effectively to ensure competent care delivery.
· Evaluates the nursing care plan to ensure safe and proficient care is provided.
Qualifications for Success:
Minimum Requirements:
· Active RN license in Florida or a multi-state RN license
· Minimum of 3 years experience in an acute care hospital setting
Additional Requirements:
· Flexibility to work at multiple locations within the organization.
· Availability to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period and at least 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule.
· Willingness to work 3 holidays annually (two major and one minor as designated by the department)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in PCU, ER, ICU, Med Surg, and/or CDU Observation is preferred.
· 2 years of travel or agency nursing experience in an acute hospital environment.
