Work Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Night shifts
Your Role: The Registered Nurse is accountable for delivering coordinated nursing care for assigned patients within a care unit, overseeing daily clinical activities.
Your Contributions:
· Exhibits strong assessment skills to guarantee quality patient care.
· Conducts and records thorough initial assessments in accordance with unit standards.
· Develops a suitable care plan for patients from admission through discharge.
· Implements nursing actions effectively to ensure high-quality nursing care.
· Evaluates the nursing care plan to confirm safe and competent care delivery.
Qualifications for Success:
Minimum Requirements:
· Active RN license in Florida or a multi-state RN license
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
Additional Requirements:
· Flexibility to work at various locations
· Availability to work at least 72 hours per pay period and a minimum of 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week timeframe.
· Willingness to work 3 holidays annually (two major and one minor as designated by the department)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in PCU, ER, ICU, Med Surg, and/or CDU Observation is preferred
· 2 years of travel or agency nursing experience in an acute hospital environment
