Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical Pool team at Broward Health North. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care based on treatment plans and individual patient needs.
- Participate in the development of individualized care plans and provide ongoing evaluation and assessment of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing diagnoses and establish care objectives.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- One to two years of experience in acute care hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse licensure and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Job/department-related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description.
