Job Summary:
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse with Broward Health, you will provide high-quality patient care in our MICU pool days setting. This role requires a strong foundation in critical care nursing, with the ability to assess patients' conditions, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' conditions and develop a nursing plan of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring patients' responses and reporting any adverse reactions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Assist with procedures and examinations, preparing instruments and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient observations and treatment plans

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• Two years of RN experience in critical care nursing
• Basic Life Support and ACLS certification
• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
