Job Overview

The Quality Control Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of manufactured products. This position involves meticulous inspection and collaboration with production teams to uphold quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured components for any defects, including damages, cracks, and surface imperfections.
  • Collaborate closely with the welding department to verify that all welds meet established quality criteria.
  • Assist in diagnosing the underlying causes of defects, damaged components, and inefficiencies in production processes and quality assurance protocols.
  • Complete all necessary quality control documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in using measuring tools, capable of lifting up to 70 pounds, and skilled in interpreting technical drawings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking abilities and a positive, collaborative attitude.
