Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Inspector to join our team at Insight Global. As a Fire Alarm Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues with fire alarm systems, and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop and implement quality control processes for fire alarm systems.
  • Provide training and support to our customers on the proper use and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire alarm technology.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fire alarm inspection and testing.
  • NICET certification a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Experience with hand tools and ability to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work at heights and on lifts and ladders.
