Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Permanent In-Home Sales Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic construction team. This role is crucial to our success and offers significant opportunities for professional growth.

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will engage directly with clients in their residences, delivering exceptional service and promoting our high-quality construction services.

This role features a competitive commission structure, allowing for substantial earning potential for those who are driven and committed to success.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent In-Home Sales Representative, your duties will include:

  • Conducting in-home sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our construction services.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, ensuring outstanding service and follow-up to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets through effective closing techniques.
  • Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to address client inquiries and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
  • Applying your knowledge of the construction sector to recommend suitable services to clients based on their specific requirements.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and client information efficiently through our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
  • Collaborating with the broader sales and construction teams to guarantee a seamless client experience from initial contact to project completion.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent In-Home Sales Representative position will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends and technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation and closing abilities, with the capacity to persuade and influence effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to excel and advance within the organization.
  • Willingness to travel to clients' homes as necessary.
