POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Cosmetic Consultant at L'Occitane En Provence, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience to our clientele, embodying the heartfelt spirit of our brand. Our Cosmetic Consultants uphold our core values of sincerity and respect, creating memorable moments for customers with enthusiasm, dedication, and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement
  • Contribute to achieving store sales objectives while adhering to all guidelines, sales protocols, and essential standards.
  • Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service during every consultation.
  • Guide and assist customers in selecting products for personal use or as gifts.
  • Adhere to store policies and operational procedures.
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including ringing up sales, gift wrapping, restocking merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales.
  • Experience in skincare is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers.
  • Exhibit a positive, professional demeanor with an energetic approach.
  • Strong passion for customer service, sales, and product expertise.
  • Demonstrated success as a collaborative team member.
  • Preferred knowledge or experience in skincare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
