About the Role

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our Core ASIC Group (CAG) leadership team. As a key partner to the Senior Vice President, you will play a critical role in driving critical initiatives, including organization transformation, budget and workforce planning, site strategy, headcount planning, and team accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SVP's vision for organizational transformation, including workforce strategy planning, hiring & resource planning, and site strategy.
  • Partner with Finance and CHG Operations for budget management, resource planning, and annual planning.
  • Collaborate with P&C to organize and drive talent review and reward cycles.
  • Facilitate planning processes and manage deliverables needed from the Common Hardware Group.
  • Engage with senior executives, facilitating meetings and working through agenda items.
  • Represent CAG in cross-functional forums.
  • Provide counsel and planning assistance to the SVP.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • 15+ years of progressive work experience in engineering, operations, or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience operating as a Chief of Staff or similar role.
  • Experience with PowerPoint or other slideware presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with the Common Hardware Group and Cisco Networking.
  • Familiarity with Cisco's hardware development lifecycle process.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry.
