Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Erickson-Hall Construction Co. This role will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring seamless project execution and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including maintaining project files, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily reports, including manpower reports and project updates.
  • Assist in gathering data for weekly reports and submitting them to the corporate office.
  • Support the project team in log reporting, including DSA inspections, procurement, and field activities.
  • Coordinate project start-up activities, including trailer mobilization and equipment rental.
  • Assist in tracking and logging punch list items and calendar events.
  • Maintain post-construction submittal logs and assist in the distribution of project submittals.
  • Support LEED-specific projects by tracking and logging relevant items.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in construction administrative support preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office, Bluebeam/Adobe, and data entry skills necessary.
  • Ability to work well with others, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
