We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Facilities and Event Management to join our team at UCF Athletics. The selected candidate will assist the Facilities and Event Management staff in coordinating day-to-day facilities and event management for 16 Division I athletic teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling, setup, and breakdown of internal and external events
- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Assist with gameday operations and event management for assigned sports
- Manage a student workforce to support event operations
- Assist with coordination of facility projects as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 1 year of relevant experience. Facilities and event management experience within intercollegiate athletics is preferred. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
