Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team at Blueprint 30. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of our campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct all maintenance and janitorial functions required on campus.
  • Develop and implement a routine maintenance program to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Assume responsibility for repair of electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting, and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
  • Maintain janitorial supplies and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all outside facilities and grounds vendors.
  • Respond to emergencies and work closely with the Director of Administrative Ministries to find solutions.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of construction and maintenance, as well as Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to follow instructions.
  • Able to set and achieve goals, and maintain a good attitude in difficult situations.
  • Must be, or be willing to become, a member of Redeemer Church.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Operate a Genie lift.
