Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems and control. Relevant experience includes modeling and simulations of inverter-based generation, dynamic stability and controls, and phasor-domain modeling theory. Strong working knowledge of control theory, digital control, stability, eigenvalue analysis, transfer functions, and control block diagrams is also required. Experience with power system modeling tools such as PSCAD, PSS\E, PSLF, and DIgSILENT Power factory is essential.
