Compensation: The starting wage ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and safety checks of equipment, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Expertly set up various trench shoring systems, applying your specialized knowledge to each project.
- Assess and determine the most effective approach for each task, whether it involves sewer systems, storm drains, water mains, or force mains, including high water conditions.
- Follow directives from the Foreman and Superintendent, utilizing assigned equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members and supervisors.
- Operate excavator machinery while prioritizing safety and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor all aspects of the operation to uphold our high standards of quality and safety.
- Adapt to diverse challenges as they arise, demonstrating versatility in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years' experience in trenchless installation, including boiler operation.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions at job sites with moving vehicles and machinery, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
- Physical requirements include regularly lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving up to 75 pounds, as well as using pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools. Must be capable of wearing a respirator and body harness when entering confined spaces.
