Job Description

Flagship Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled Program Development Coordinator to lead the management of support programs for foster families.

This contract position offers a 35-hour work week with a 1-hour lunch break, working from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organization, communication, coordination, and content knowledge of the child welfare system/foster care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement support programs for foster families in collaboration with the Resource Families Division.
  2. Maintain effective relationships with foster families, providing informal support and guidance when needed.
  3. Work towards the goal of reunification where possible, while maintaining stable placements and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location.
