We are seeking a highly motivated Workforce Readiness Instructor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults seeking to improve their skills and career prospects.

About the Role

  • Develop and coordinate workforce training programs that equip adult students with work competencies and occupational skills in high-growth industries.
  • Identify opportunities for new program development through research and outreach to potential employer partners.
  • Provide work readiness instruction to program participants and collaborate with the Employment Services team for career advising and job placement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create learning objectives, curriculum, and lesson plans for engaging work-readiness and skills training programs.
  • Deliver executive function instruction and integrate technology into instruction.
  • Assess students' understanding of training materials and create intervention plans as needed.
  • Consult with students on career pathways and assist in developing longer-term employment plans.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • At least 3 years of relevant job experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual ability (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Zoom
