We are seeking a Development Project Coordinator to assist with the development of new housing projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, architecture, or a related field.

About the Job

The Development Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with:

  • Reviewing architectural drawings and design specifications
  • Assisting with construction cost estimates and accounting
  • Accompanying staff on site visits and reviewing reports
  • Data entry using construction accounting software

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of construction management methods, techniques, specifications, materials, and equipment
  • Experience with construction cost estimating and accounting
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
