Job Overview

Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England (GSSNE) seeks a highly motivated and reliable Program Development Specialist to facilitate programs for girls in school and community center settings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and facilitate fun, hands-on activities for girls to build their self-esteem and leadership skills.
  • Train and provide guidance to program facilitators using GSSNE's curriculum and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of program achievements and participant attendance.
  • Communicate effectively with the Program Manager regarding plans, activities, and tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience working with children is an asset.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local sites.
Schedule and Compensation

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule based on availability and program site requirements. The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $16/hour.
