The Sr. Director of Total Rewards will play a critical role in shaping our global compensation, equity, and benefits programs, working closely with our Chief Operating Officer and other leadership team members to drive business outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to build upon our existing compensation and benefits frameworks, taking our total rewards practice to the next level and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead ongoing research and analysis to inform compensation decisions, ensuring that our programs remain competitive in the market and inclusive of all employees.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement compensation programs, including grading, salary, bonus, equity, and sales incentives.
  • Work with the People Team and other stakeholders to develop and refine our Sales and GTM compensation programs annually.
  • Partner with Finance to forecast multi-year financial models, including annual merit, promotion, and stock-based compensation.
  • Develop and implement effective employee communications to inform various reward values across offerings, driving attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Manage and develop a compensation and benefits administrator on the team.
  • Own all rewards policies, procedures, and processes to support business growth.
  • Develop and lead the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee and provide analysis for regulatory submissions.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading compensation programs and equity plans in a public technology company, with a strong understanding of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Experience with executive compensation and exposure to working with a Board, including preparation of SEC filings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a natural collaborator with a proven track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Expert communication skills, with the ability to build bridges between big-picture vision and tactical plans.
  • A deep sense of personal responsibility, strong attention to detail, and organization, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.

We offer a competitive market-based salary of $180,000 per year, plus a yearly bonus and equity package.
