Title:
Customer Service Representative

Hours per Week: 15-25

Compensation:
State minimum wage - $17.50/hr.

Benefits include paid sick leave as per Washington law, paid family and medical leave as per Washington law, and eligibility for 401K after 2 years with a minimum earning of $5000/year.

Additional compensation may include tips.

Overview

The role involves delivering comprehensive customer support, which includes answering phone inquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in both work and customer areas, warmly greeting in-store customers, running errands, managing cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome every customer with a friendly demeanor.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of all menu items and their ingredients.
  • Efficiently and accurately take food orders.
  • Engage with customers to amicably resolve any issues and communicate information to the supervisor.
  • Operate the cash register, process payments, and accurately provide change.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in work and customer areas.
  • Adhere to proper food handling protocols, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking product temperatures.
  • Assist in the preparation, cutting, and boxing of menu items as necessary.
  • Receive inventory and manage the movement of food and beverage products and supplies.
