Position Overview

Job Title: Counter Sales / Warehouse

Department: Ellensburg - CED

Role Summary:

As a Counter Sales and Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the operations of CED Ellensburg. This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about developing their careers in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to a collaborative workplace, demonstrating a willingness to learn and an aptitude for organization and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and process orders efficiently.
  • Participate in product stocking and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Conduct local deliveries and ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding their orders.
  • Support the sales team by effectively communicating customer needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong mechanical skills and physical stamina.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, either in retail or B2B.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse or distribution settings.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in both office and warehouse environments, with occasional operation of warehouse equipment. You may be required to lift heavy items and perform local deliveries.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18 to $20, with additional compensation options such as profit sharing.
