Role Summary:

Your role will involve mastering product knowledge and electrical systems through comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including logistics, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Handle order processing, customer service inquiries, and sales calls.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving freight, as well as product stocking.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, bending, and twisting.
  • Ability to work on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
  • Proficient in climbing ladders to retrieve materials.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, either in retail or B2B.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution settings.
  • Associate's degree is preferred.

Working Conditions:

The role involves a mix of office and warehouse environments, with occasional use of warehouse equipment and local delivery driving. Physical demands include lifting items weighing up to 50+ lbs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and process online orders.
  • Prepare orders for delivery and will-call.
  • Conduct local deliveries to contractors.
  • Maintain timely communication with customers regarding their orders.
  • Ensure high standards of warehouse organization and operations.
  • Create and manage sales registers.
  • Relay customer and vendor feedback to management.
  • Exceed customer expectations by ensuring order accuracy and care.
  • Collaborate effectively with inside and outside sales teams.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this role ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with potential profit-sharing opportunities. Benefits include:
