Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Analyst or Associate to join our expanding healthcare platform. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, working on deal execution and business development, with direct exposure to senior healthcare practitioners in New York and London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support deal execution and business development
  • Draft client presentations and memoranda for internal and external use
  • Conduct financial and business-related research to support deal execution and business development
  • Coordinate complex and time-sensitive processes to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Participate in client-facing situations and assist in the execution of transactions
  • Contribute to talent development efforts, including recruiting and training
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in a relevant field or experience in a Healthcare group at a bulge bracket or boutique advisory firm
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
  • Robust organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Compensation

The expected annualized base salary for this position is $120,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives, and benefits.
