Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to team members based on operational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify the completion of cleaning assignments and adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records related to personnel, equipment, and supplies, and prepare reports on housekeeping activities.
- Provide training and support to new staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly, ensuring a safe and functional environment for both staff and patients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in cleaning or facilities management.
- At least three years of experience in a housekeeping role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
