About the Team:


The Supply Chain division at Relativity encompasses direct supply management for all Terran-R components and materials, indirect supply management for our Long Beach facility, and materials oversight.

In essence, we manage the entire value chain from identifying needs to delivering solutions to our internal clients.

The vision of the Supply Chain team is to develop a top-tier, responsive, and data-driven supply chain management organization that serves as a significant competitive advantage for Relativity.

We are currently implementing this vision by sourcing long-lead components, production machinery, and infrastructure projects for Terran R production.

Our team has achieved numerous milestones with high-value, impactful projects by collaborating closely with finance, manufacturing, and engineering to deliver exceptional value and maintain our aggressive Terran R timeline.


About the Role:
Process purchase requests into purchase orders within the ERP system efficiently and promptly.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather detailed procurement requirements and translate them into Requests for Quote and Purchase Orders.


Manage the complete RFx process in partnership with relevant stakeholders to identify leading suppliers for specific needs, foster competition within the supply market, and maximize value creation for procurement activities.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, and conditions to holistically achieve the best outcomes for the organization.


Oversee the entire purchase order management process and address invoice discrepancies to ensure timely delivery of products or services and prompt payment of invoices.

Resolve any procurement-related issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of an order.


Under the guidance of Category Managers, cultivate supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and continuously deliver enhanced value to Relativity.


About You:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with enterprise applications (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES) and data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Experience in a procurement role within a dynamic manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in evaluating terms, conditions, and contracts related to purchases.

Experience in drafting Statements of Work, Requests for Quote/Proposals.
