We are currently seeking a Lead Treasury Operations Specialist to enhance our team.

As a vital member of the Accounting Group, the Treasury Specialist will oversee and evaluate the company's cash positions to ensure all financial obligations are met. This role also involves coordinating banking activities, nurturing banking relationships, and formulating as well as executing treasury policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile cash position reports
  • Conduct cash analysis, monitoring inflows, outflows, and trends
  • Provide quantitative and analytical support for funding, investments, asset and liability management, and financial policy
  • Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures
  • Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts
  • Assist in managing multi-currency operations
  • Execute foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity transactions
  • Coordinate the evaluation of excess cash funds for investment opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Manage banking relationships and evaluate bank services and fees
  • Monitor portfolio investments and generate management reports detailing performance
  • Assist in various treasury projects as directed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; required
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; preferred
  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation; preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant experience; required
  • Experience with foreign currencies; required
  • Financial modeling expertise; required
  • International currency and interest rate experience; required
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $135,000, depending on experience, education level, professional registration, and qualifications as outlined in the job description.

Working Environment:
This position operates in a standard office setting.

The role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and other general office tools, with occasional travel requirements.
