Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at Stabilus Industrial. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in new markets.
About the RoleThis is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to learn about industrial sales and grow within our company. You will be responsible for developing a competitive landscape for new products and market pricing, creating a value-added offer to support sales and marketing activities, and maintaining awareness of competitive activities and products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a competitive landscape for new products and market pricing
- Create a value-added offer to support sales/marketing activities
- Develop a segment-specific product portfolio, including content for different marketing platforms (brochure, white papers, training material), with support from Engineering and Marketing
- Be present at trade shows
- Build or create a network in new target segment contacts
- Create custom target lists for identified expansion industries, and set up calls with the local sales team
- Provide quarterly updates to Sales Management on target industries and action taken or needed to fulfill growth plan
- Maintains awareness of competitive activities and products. Communicates all relevant data to Marketing Services and Sales Management
- When applicable, inform other brands Product Manager of opportunities in specific segments
- Bachelor's degree required, an MBA would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects within a team environment
- Experience in strategy development and execution
- Previous commercial sales experience a plus
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively listen to customer's needs, present information and respond to questions from groups
- A competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
