Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Woods Basement Systems Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and execute remarkable customer experiences for scheduled installations.
  2. Provide primary contact for customers, potential customers, and other parties for scheduled installations and follow-up.
  3. Support company management, purpose, mission, and values.
  4. Meet or exceed KPI expectations set by the department Manager.
  5. Work with production team to ensure successful installations, including accurate communication, utility locates, and special needs preparation.
  6. Provide tactical support to company departments.
  7. Regular, reliable on-site attendance.

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  2. Proficiency in operating a personal computer and programs.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform accurate data entry.
  6. Possess strong communication, motivation, customer focus, planning, and organization skills.

Education and Experience:

  1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Detect and recognize information in written materials and on computer screens.
  • Communicate accurately on the telephone and in person.
  • Move about and traverse.
  • Accurately operate a computer and calculator.
  • Ascend, descend, and move to lower positions to inspect items.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle and enter and work in a crawlspace.
  • Ability to travel overnight, up to 5 days a week.
