Position Overview

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and policies
  • Ensure effective communication with management and team members
  • Assist in recruiting and training new staff
  • Collaborate with the service coordinator to fulfill staffing requirements
  • Keep accurate records for employees and clients
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies
  • Address and resolve issues and complaints
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Engage in special projects and training as necessary
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of prior office experience
