Job Summary
Cabinetworks Group is a leading manufacturer of kitchen cabinets in the US, seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to promote our Cardell & Medallion Cabinetry brands to Menards stores in South Bend, IN, Kalamazoo, MI, and Grand Rapids, MI area. As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and grow sales within a designated region, meeting and exceeding projections for overall sales and comparative store growth.

Your Role
In this critical role, you will build business relationships with store personnel, promoting sales and comparative growth. You will conduct regular store visits as needed, persuade store personnel to offer our products, train them on our brand offerings, and address product issues. Additionally, you will analyze sales metrics, develop tactical and strategic plans to meet goals, review monthly budgets, and maintain account business plans.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of selling experience with a High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated capability to resolve conflicts over sensitive issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with teams
  • Excellent project management, budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • 4 years of sales or building material industry experience
  • Ability to read and understand sales reports
  • Experience with 20/20 Design software
  • Familiarity with the cabinet industry
  • Prior trim carpentry and/or kitchen installation/design experience

Salary Information
We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
