Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Business Development Organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the Aerospace and Defense sectors
  • Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to support the continued growth of our business
  • Generate meetings and drive content-rich discussions at the executive level to discover needs and relate to our service capabilities
  • Create leads and opportunities, manage the overall sales process, and support end-to-end contracting
  • Meet booking goals and Key Sales Objectives at assigned account(s), report and measure progress against quarterly goals
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in driving business growth, sales, and managing client relationships in professional services, specifically within Aerospace and Defense sector
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate trust, confidence, and results in business relationships
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or ongoing business opportunities
