Phlebotomist - Blood Donor Center

About the Role:
The American Red Cross is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at our Blood Donor Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our blood collection operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood donations from volunteer donors in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for donors.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of the blood collected.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting.
- Current, valid driver's license with good driving record.
- Ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience.
- Prior leadership experience.
