About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Blood Donation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our phlebotomy team, you will play a critical role in collecting lifesaving blood donations from volunteer donors at our fixed site locations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation
  • Collaborate with your teammates to create a welcoming environment for donors, ensuring they feel comfortable returning again and again
  • Maintain attention to detail throughout the day to ensure collected blood meets quality standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:



  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum one year customer service experience in a public setting required
  • Current, valid driver's license with good driving record necessary
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights, maintain manual dexterity, and adapt to long hours and schedule changes
