Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coaching, support, training, and development of assigned Direct Care staff.
  • Facilitate planning and staff meetings as assigned.
  • Communicate all program and staff concerns to Program administrator.
  • Ensure an individual client's plan is implemented.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of developmental disabilities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the developmental disabilities field preferred.
  • Valid State-issued Driver's License and proof of current insurance required.

The estimated salary for this position is $44,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
