Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Coordinator to join our team at Hope Community Support Service. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

In this position, you will assist in coaching, supporting, training, and developing assigned Direct Care staff. You will also facilitate planning and staff meetings, communicate program and staff concerns, and ensure individual client plans are implemented.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience in the developmental disabilities field, and be proficient in personal computer skills, including electronic mail, word processing, and internet.

Responsibilities will include providing support and advocacy for clients, assisting with skill building, crisis and emergency behavior management, administering medication, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

This role requires a full attendance at the program, with evaluations conducted after 90 days of employment. You will be required to work at any program with a need, and will be assigned and directed to other programs prior to and during scheduled shifts.

Benefits include two paid personal days, paid lunch time, health insurance, 401K, paid training, three weeks paid vacation, and an annual salary of $44,000, with an additional bonus program.
