About the Job

Shalom House is seeking a highly motivated Direct Care Team Lead - Cumberland County to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct mental health services to residents and their families while assisting individuals in building daily living skills and preparing for transition to more independent living.

This role involves working closely with community services and external providers to coordinate care for residents, maintaining strong professional relationships with organizations, family members, guardians, and other stakeholders.

About You

  • Experience in direct mental health service provision, including one-on-one interviewing, supportive counseling, group work, and community outreach.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with minimum 2-3 years of relevant community-based mental health work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Possible salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, and 401k.
