Shift Coordinator - Pizza Restaurant

We are seeking a talented Shift Coordinator to join our team at Papa John's in Cumberland. As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, coordinating tasks, and driving results-oriented team performance.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales, labor, and customer feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $36,192, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the food service industry is required.
  • Prior experience in inventory management or similar roles is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends is essential.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
