Job Description

Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Create a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and ensuring that all products are fresh and accurate.
  • Order Processing: Process food orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, lift supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
