**Job Summary**
MMC Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with account maintenance, billing, and other related topics.
- Provide information on various state-funded programs and services.
- Manage call lengths and adhere to productivity and quality standards.
- Research and resolve customer disputes and inquiries.
- Perform transactions, complete correspondence, and maintain internal documentation.
- Meet or exceed minimum standards for production and accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail or call center).
- General computer and internet skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
**Work Schedule:**
The training hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, for 3 weeks. Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm (40 hour work week).
