**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with account maintenance, billing, and other related topics.
  • Provide information on various state-funded programs and services.
  • Manage call lengths and adhere to productivity and quality standards.
  • Research and resolve customer disputes and inquiries.
  • Perform transactions, complete correspondence, and maintain internal documentation.
  • Meet or exceed minimum standards for production and accuracy.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of customer service experience (retail or call center).
  • General computer and internet skills.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

**Work Schedule:**

The training hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, for 3 weeks. Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 2 pm (40 hour work week).
