Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our financial products and services, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and drive customer satisfaction
- Promote our financial products and services to current and potential customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions and handling cash
- Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems
- Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and expectations
- Perform other duties as instructed by management, contributing to the success and growth of PLS Financial Services
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as financial services, retail, or hospitality is preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers, building strong relationships and trust
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to drive sales and revenue growth, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- English fluency is required, with English/Spanish bilingualism a plus
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, with the ability to lift 15 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay
The approximate hourly wage range for the Customer Service Representative at PLS Financial Services is between $16.00 and $17.00, depending on location and experience.
