Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and drive customer satisfaction
  • Promote our financial products and services to current and potential customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer, accurately processing transactions and handling cash
  • Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and systems
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the Store Manager for resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and expectations
  • Perform other duties as instructed by management, contributing to the success and growth of PLS Financial Services

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in industries such as financial services, retail, or hospitality is preferred
  • Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers, building strong relationships and trust
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to drive sales and revenue growth, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • English fluency is required, with English/Spanish bilingualism a plus
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, with the ability to lift 15 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The approximate hourly wage range for the Customer Service Representative at PLS Financial Services is between $16.00 and $17.00, depending on location and experience.
