Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Missouri. As a key member of our Intake team, you will work closely with patients and caregivers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide patients' chosen caregivers through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
  • Schedule and conduct remote orientations with patients and caregivers, with occasional in-home orientations as needed.
  • Submit tax applications to the proper agencies and complete follow-up as required.
  • Manage background checks and follow up as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Adhere to our monthly client service and compliance standards.
  • Input and update case files and account data within our Salesforce CRM tool.
  • Manage call dashboards and reporting to assist in managing assignments.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
  • Proven exceptional customer service experience.
  • Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environments.
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage patients/caregivers by taking the extra mile in resolving issues/concerns.
  • Must have poise and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed weekly targets or metrics.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive with a commitment to excellence in your work.
  • Flexibility and openness as the role and responsibilities may change and/or evolve as we grow.
  • Previous experience managing multiple schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal skills, and the ability to multitask.
Nice to Have:
  • Bilingual Spanish or other languages preferred.
  • 2 years of Salesforce experience.
  • 2 years of Medicaid experience in a homecare agency environment.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $20.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
