The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, execution-oriented Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, create and execute account strategies, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of our offerings and drive a complex sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Run and grow assigned targets through strategic sales techniques, establishing and developing a strategy for selling directly to multi-location accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities.
  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of mid-market accounts.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the target organizations, including C-level executives.
  • Understand prospects' and customers' business needs and effectively communicate how Adentro can solve them.
  • Track and measure daily activity and forecast metrics utilizing Salesforce.
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B experience.
  • Digital/advertising sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close complex sales cycles with a SaaS product.
  • Highly motivated and passionate team player who is driven to thrive in a collaborative sales environment.
  • Metrics-driven individual with a track record of achieving and consistently exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Experience in territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, delivery, negotiations, and closing.
  • Ability to collaborate and develop credibility with internal teams and external partners and customers.
  • Self-starter with a measurable ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations.
